Shameless RingGeek note: I found out later that this was featured for about 10 seconds in Fellowship with Lake Alta as Lake Mirrormere (scene just after everyone's rolling around crying over Gandalf). Aragorn splashed through the stream in the foreground. I can't believe they came all the way up here to get a barely noticable 10 second shot! A lot must have been left on the cutting room floor.
